Complete Information on Refund & Return
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please write to us from our Contact us page stating the reasons.
A few items of note:
Due to the nature of all Ctaare.com products unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us from our Contact us page. to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.
If you have changed your mind about the order within 24 hours of ordering it on our online store, we can issue a refund minus a restocking fee. Our restocking fee is set at 10% of the order cost.
Order & Purchase
Kindly ensure you have selected the correct items / colors / sizes before checking out. You’re not allowed to make changes once order has been confirmed. No refunds / returns / exchanges will be allowed.
All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders. (unless otherwise stated with mutual agreement)
Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A rescheduled delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
Ctaare.com reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
Return/ Undelivered Parcel
Customers will be contacted via email/ WhatsApp should we received any return parcels bearing their name.
Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
Ctaare.com will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
Ctaare.com reserves the right to deny any request to combine the returned parcels with any new orders.
Any unclaimed return back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
Defects or Wrong Items Sent
Before shipping out your order, parcels and packaging will be inspected and checked carefully by us to ensure they’re complete and in good condition.
However, if you have received a defective or wrong item(s)
Kindly notify us with your invoice order and a snapshot of the defect or wrong items within 48 hours from the date of product delivery.
Instructions will be given as to how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item has to be shipped to us within 5 days after the said instruction email is sent.
In such circumstances, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent to you once we receive the return parcel. However, if the item is no longer available, a discount code or voucher with the same value (90 days validity) will be issued.
No refunds will be made for products that are still available. We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange/refund process.

Measurement / Representation Of Items
Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm due to the different stretchable quality of material and the way measurement is taken. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect.
Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues.
Requests for exchange/return due to such reason will be rejected.
Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
